Refund policy
Returns:
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of your order date. Items stated as final sale or items that are on sale from their original price are not eligible for returns and exchanges.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable in the case of a return.
In the case of an exchange the original item will be processed as a return. You will then receive store credit in the amount of the item which can be used to purchase the new item.
Email theteam@invincibleexclusives.com with your request and we will get back to you within 1-2 business days.
In the case of a damaged in incorrect item, reach out to us and we will take care of it for you.
All cancellations for any apparel order must be made within 24 hours of placing your order.
Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days. Standard delivery within the U.S. is 2-5 days. Tracking information is sent once your order has shipped.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If your item arrived damaged a photo or video of damage is required 24 hours from the confirmed delivery date/time.

Package says delivered, but you did not receive it.
Packages that are confirmed as delivered by the carrier are considered to be completed. If the carrier confirmed delivery, we cannot refund your order or ship you a replacement free of charge.
Make sure to enter your address correctly while placing your order. If your package was marked delivered by the carrier and you have not seen it, please check with all family members, neighbors, your mail room, your local post office, etc.
If you would still like a replacement, we will issue a standard replacement fee to ship one out. Reach out to us via email at theteam@invincibleexclusives.com and we can work towards a solution.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products, any item labeled final sale, and sale items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return or defective item, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will will receive an email notification with your store credit issued. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
