Shipping policy

You will receive an email 24 hours after shipment begins with tracking information for your package. Standard processing time for all orders is 1-3 business days and standard shipping is 3-5 day delivery. Priority shipping is 1-3 day delivery. 

If 2-3 weeks have gone by and you have yet to received your package, please reach out to theteam@invincibleexclusives.com or fill out the contact form on our website. A member of the support team will get back to you as soon as possible.

All items are ready to ship and are picked, packed, and shipped by the team here at Invincible HQ.

Our current shipping partners: USPS, FedEX, and UPS.

If you're not satisfied with your order for some reason, we are here to help. 

We accept unused, unopened items in new condition within 30 days of the order date for return or refund. We retain the right to turn down any returns after receipt and inspection of the item(s).

We currently ship orders only within the United States. Your package should arrive within 3-5 business days from the date the order is dispatched.

Shipping:

  • Invincible is based in the USA - All items are shipping directly from our distribution center in Michigan, USA.
  • Your new items will take about 3-5 days from dispatch to arrive - varying by destination and your chosen shipping method. If after 2 weeks you have not received your package(s) please contact us and we'll work to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
  • If your package is marked as delivered by the carrier, but you did not receive it, please check with any roommates or family members. If nobody else in the house/apartment accepted the package, please check with the post office for any items in your name. We are not responsible for any items after they have been confirmed as successfully delivered by the carrier to the address you provide during checkout. However, we will always do what we can to ensure your receive the items you ordered.
Returns:
  • If you are unsatisfied with your item(s) please contact us and we will do our best to help.
  • Items are eligible for return within 30 days of the order date and must be in new condition
  • Parcels that do not arrive or arrive damaged may be subject to a replacement. Of course, please contact us with any issues.
  • Any original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • All claims for returns or parcels arriving damaged must be made within 2 days of the arrival date. Please include a proper photo or video in your email inquiry showing the damaged good and we will be sure to provide a proper solution.
